1. AGREEMENT & NATURE OF CONTRIBUTIONS
We accept all your contributions only if you wish to help Shaiya Cryptic. All payments are strictly voluntary donations used for server maintenance, hardware upkeep, and software development. By completing a transaction, you confirm that this is a contribution to a free-to-play digital service and not a purchase of physical goods. No tangible items will be shipped.
Shaiya points (sp) awarded for your support cannot be exchanged back into a currency. Purchases of sp sets are non-refundable.
2. INSTANT DELIVERY & SERVICE COMPLETION
In appreciation of your donation, we award your account with Shaiya Points (SP). By proceeding with the payment, you provide your express consent that the digital content (SP) is delivered to your account instantly and automatically. The service is considered fully rendered and completed the moment the virtual points are credited to your account balance. By this delivery, you explicitly waive your right of withdrawal or any "cooling-off" period provided by local consumer laws.
3. AUTHORIZATION & SECURITY
By clicking the payment button, you explicitly confirm that you are the authorized owner of the payment account used. You acknowledge that the transaction is intentional. Any claim of "Unauthorized Access" or "Item Not Received" made after receiving the virtual benefits (sp) will be considered fraudulent (Friendly Fraud).
4. FRAUD PREVENTION & LOGGING
For security and verification purposes, we log every transaction's IP Address, timestamp, Hardware ID (HWID), and account activity. This data will be provided to payment processors (like PayPal) and financial institutions as evidence of successful digital delivery in the event of a dispute.
5. FAULTY ITEMS & TECHNICAL ISSUES
If a virtual item contains faults on receiving, you should inform Shaiya Cryptic immediately and must inform us within 24 hours of receiving. Any notification received outside of this time period is at the exclusive discretion of Shaiya Cryptic management.
Accidental purchases of sp occurred as a result of technical fault in the payment system you paid through must be disputed with the respective payment processor. Shaiya Cryptic is not responsible for any technical faults arising at payment processors.
6. TERMINATION & DISPUTE POLICY
Where any refund or chargeback is issued under any circumstances, Shaiya Cryptic reserves the right to permanently suspend or terminate the respective account and associated Hardware ID (HWID) with the website and game servers.
